Vipassana is a Pali word which means to see the reality as it is. This technique was discovered by Gautam Buddha. Vipassana course structure All over the world, Vipassana centres run the same course structure. It is mandatory for a beginner to attend 10 days retreat. Fees No fees, Vipassana centre run solely on a donation basis. On the tenth day, you can give the donation on your own voluntary choice. Code of Discipline Noble Silence: Do not talk to anyone. Wear comfortable dresses covering the whole body. No past ritual including worship, chanting mantras or wearing any talisman. Only vegetarian food will be served. No physical exercises.
