Beat the heat this summer with Sattu drink/ How to make sattu drink

Do you know about a drink which quenches your thirst and gives you instant energy and a huge satisfaction to the senses? It's none other than "sattu", popularly called as Indian fast food.                                       Sweet Sattu drink Method:  Take a glass of cold water. Add two teaspoons of sattu. Add sugar. Mix it well The nutritious drink is ready.                                      Salt Sattu drink M ethod:      Take a glass of cold water. Add 4 Teaspoons of sattu. Add 1/3 teaspoon of black salt. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Add 1/3 teaspoon of cumin powder. Mix it well. Tasty drink is ready.                               

Sooji / Rava Idli Recipe

How to make Idli instantly in an easy way Ingredients:  Sooji/Rava  1 cup  Curd       1 cup  Salt  1/2 tbsp  Water  1/4 cup  ENO fruit salt   1/4 tbsp Instructions: Put  1 cup sooji/rava in a pan, and roast it for about 5 minutes till it turns aromatic. Transfer the rava in mixing bowl, and allow it to cool. Add 1 cup curd, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1/4 cup water and 1/4 tbsp ENO in the mixing bowl and mix them well so that they don't form slump. Allow the batter to rest for about 30 minutes till rava absorbs the water completely and small bubbles are formed in the batter. Apply oil in the surface of Idli plates. Pour the batter on to the surface of the Idli plates. Steam them on a medium flame for about 15 minutes.  Serve Idli with chutney and sambhar.

Idli / Dosa / Uttapam Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:  Peanut            1/2 cup  Coarsely grated Coconut         1+1/2 cup  Coriander leaves      1 cup  Green chilli      1  Lemon juice        3 tbsp  Salt      1 tbsp  Water           1+1/4 cup  Vegetable/coconut oil    1 tbsp  Mustard seed       1 tbsp  Curry leaves    5   Put peanuts in a pan on medium heat. Stir peanuts constantly till they start crackling (5 minutes approx.). Remove peanuts from pan and allow them to cool. Grind peanuts, coconut, green chilli, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt and gradually add water to form a paste. Heat vegetable oil or coconut oil in a small pan for one minute.
