Happiness is the sole goal of life which we want to experience by doing all the things in the world, be it pursuing any passion, socializing among friends, earning money, or spending time with the family. The biggest question that arises here, is why our happiness is not permanent in doing all these things. How can we get permanent or long-term happiness? Let’s find the answer to know the secret of the most desired thing in the world i.e. happiness. 



  • Happiness is experienced when our desires are satisfied and mind gets silence due to this satisfaction. Now the important question arrives how to get desires fulfilled as it’s impossible to fulfill all unlimited desires in the limited time and space we have on earth. There are basic needs also like food, clothing, and shelter which have to be met for our survival.  

             Well,  we can connect our desires or passion with our careers. It would serve as both- the means of survival and the platform for getting desire fulfilled. Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, and Elon Musk, all are examples of those successful people who pursued their passion and led a more satisfactory life. 

            The world is so beautiful and diverse. We can explore more opportunities, travel to new places, and learn new things like arts or music.

  • Physical and mental health has a direct relation with happiness. We should take care of our diet and do some physical workouts every day. Eating healthy food makes our minds positive. Physical activities keep the body healthy and fit and also give a sense of satisfaction. Breathing exercises like deep breathing and meditation keep the mind happy irrespective of the situation.



  • Happiness becomes long-term when we add meaning to our life. The purpose or meaning keeps us motivated to live every moment and to accomplish the desired results. This "meaning" can be anything from social service to business innovation or a desire to set a record in any particular field.

  • Last but not least, choose a circle of happy and positive people. This is the most practical and effective way of being happy. We become the way the people around us behave. So be in the company of energetic and happy people and make a natural environment of positive vibes flow within you.
