Idli / Dosa / Uttapam Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

 Peanut           1/2 cup
 Coarsely grated Coconut        1+1/2 cup
 Coriander leaves     1 cup
 Green chilli     1
 Lemon juice       3 tbsp
 Salt     1 tbsp
 Water          1+1/4 cup
 Vegetable/coconut oil   1 tbsp
 Mustard seed      1 tbsp
 Curry leaves   5
 

Put peanuts in a pan on medium heat. Stir peanuts constantly till they start crackling (5 minutes approx.).
Remove peanuts from pan and allow them to cool. Grind peanuts, coconut, green chilli, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt and gradually add water to form a paste.
Heat vegetable oil or coconut oil in a small pan for one minute. Add mustard seeds. When seeds start crackling, add curry leaves. Stir them for few seconds. Immediately pour them over the paste or chutney.
Delicious chutney is ready. Serve with Idli, dosa, or uttapam.
