Anger is a form of energy, channelize it in right direction

HOW  TO CONTROL ANGER

Question – I have tried to control my anger several times. But even after many efforts it occurs, though I want to avoid it. In the office and even in the social circle I lose my temper which affects relationships there. I realize my mistakes later but that becomes too late. Is there any method to control anger?

Answer- There is certainly a method to control anger. Knowing anger is the way forward to control it.  The purpose of anger is to make humans aware of their emotions. Therefore do not be angry rather know it in reality. Being angry leads to destruction while knowing anger leads to liberation from anger.

Anger means energy- this has to be understood that all kinds of emotions which arise in minds are forms of energy. Anger, greed, attachment, consciousness and sadness are forms of energy. Moreover, everything in the universe is a form of energy. Positive emotions generate positive energy while negative emotions generate negative energy. When anger occurs, what happens actually? A specific part of our brain gets excited which causes some secretions in our body. This leads to a flow of energy in the whole body. This energy searches for the way to be expressed. Then our ears become hot. The heart starts beating faster. Sweating starts taking place. Eyes become red. These outer changes on our body mean the extra energy generated in your body-mind. This energy sometimes gets expressed by shouting at others, breaking things or fighting with someone. But in the end, it creates the feeling of lack and crime in the minds of people and they lose self-confidence. Why does this happen? Because people express their anger but do not know how to control it

Follow these steps practically:

v  First of all, watch your anger with detachment. Do not react to it in haste. Firstly know the effects of anger on your body in a detached way. Detachment means watching the thoughts in the mind and vibrations on the body as it is. Increased heartbeat, shivering hands, difficulty in breathing etc. should be experienced as it is. At that time mind whispers -  I will teach this person a lesson which he can't forget in his lifetime….how dare he say that.... these kinds of people can't change...…but watch these thoughts in a detached way. Here watching means experiencing with awareness and understanding.

v  Now at the second step you have to give direction to your thoughts. Energy has one rule, it can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be transformed. For example, whenever anger occurs, leave that place and get engaged in some work where you can use this energy in a better way. You can start cleaning your house,  read something, watch some useful videos on youtube or listen to soothing music so that mind can be diverted from anger to creativity. By doing this you can convert negative energy into positive energy. This is called the transformation of energy.

How To Attract the Best in Life

Each one of us wants the best experiences in our life. But there is a gap between us and the best experience which can't be bridged until we develop a true understanding of life. To develop a true understanding of life, we need to understand the basic nature of the body-mind mechanism. Our body reacts the way our mind is programmed, so to get success we need to equip our mind with positive ideas. We will understand this theory of programming our mind with positivity in the following paragraph:           " We become what we think " is an old saying which has been preached since ages by the enlightened masters and experienced people to make us conscious about our thoughts. The reason behind this saying is that our own core beliefs shape the circumstances of life .  If we have cultivated only negative feeling like fear of failure, fear of disease, jealousy, anxiety etc., we witness the negative consequences of these deep-rooted beliefs throughout our life. Therefo

How to Sleep Well- A simple treatment for Insomnia without pills

Many people suffer from sleeping disorders like insomnia, oversleeping or nightmares while dreaming. A restless sleep makes the whole day boring and non-productive. A person suffering from these problems feels irritated throughout the day and has to depend on pills. The most unfortunate thing is that it becomes very difficult to get treatment for these problems as the doctors charge very high fees and yet can't provide any permanent solution.                 Thankfully, some ancient meditative traditions provide very simple solutions to these problems. Let the few things be very clear. There are three states of life which are known as waking life, dreaming life and deep sleep. Let us know these terms in detail : Waking Life : The state which we know as a conscious state and experience it mostly in the daytime. It contains the active part of life when we experience our body as true identity with our eyes open and sense organs working in harmony to perceive the physical wo

How to get permanent motivation in life

It has been the biggest query of the ambitious masses since time immemorial, how to get permanent motivation in life.      For most people, the main problem lies in the fact that when we read or listen to any motivational thing, the motivation remains for some time, and then slowly fades away. Without motivation, it becomes difficult for the mind to come out of the comfort zone and do the tasks required for achieving higher goals.    After going through many works of spiritual literature, I found a unified theory of being happy, peaceful, and motivated for whole life which would keep our mental energy at best to accomplish any target we have set.    Let's begin this theory with a basic understanding of our own existence. The world exists outside only because our body has consciousness. No matter whatever we achieve in this physical world, the material comforts or pleasures don't give us permanent happiness or motivation. It moves the question towards our o
